Sparkle Baked Beans

2 cans of B&M Baked Beans-Country Style (or your favorite flavor)
2 cups of ham, cubed
1 chopped red or green pepper
1 cup of frozen corn

TOMATO Compote –
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of vinagar

In a small sauce pan add your can of chopped tomatoes, sugar and vinegar.  Simmer for almost an hour or until the liquid thickens. (this is your sparkle) Add your 2 cans of beans to a large sauce pan and add your thickened tomato sauce, ham, chopped peppers, and corn. Simmer for 30 minutes. Great for pot lucks or a family meal!
